This is the best company I’ve ever worked for. The people are smart, collaborative, and genuinely good to work with. Leadership is visionary, ethical, and deeply committed to doing things the right way. Compensation is strong, the product has tremendous growth potential, and the company feels like a rocket ship with an exciting future ahead.

As a fast-growing company, there are times when you’re building the plane while flying it. Priorities evolve quickly, which can be challenging, but it’s also part of what makes the work exciting. The team is exceptionally talented and committed, and people consistently step up to make things happen. Because the company hires thoughtfully, there are a lot of senior individual contributors who are still very hands-on. If you’re coming from a larger organization where seniority means less execution, be prepared to roll up your sleeves.

Sense of purpose in changing animal agriculture - lots of exciting growth opportunities. Company is small enough to allow your voice to be heard, no matter your position. Ability to make changes/take action quickly.

Long hours at times, some volatility due to nature of startup.
