Very diverse. Salary good. The company was bought out. You can find more information about this in other posts on Glassdoor. Several people went with the new company. Others did not. The purchaser made several good decisions as to who to keep and who not to keep. So, the cons for this review may be a mute point.

Cons

Little or no opportunity to work from home for my position and people on my team. Generally, inept Middle and Upper Management. No where to move up unless you are in sales.

Regional managers were empowered to make important decisions while managing their territory and sales reps. Good pay, good company overall until things changed

Cons

With the acquisitions over the years, came a reduction in the ability to make vital decisions for your territory, as well as having to ask permission to buy airline tickets, and spend money to travel and manage your territory.
