      Pros

      Out by 330, holidays off, no weekends.

      Cons

      Overworked. Everyone gets paid the same. Only 17 an hour for way too much paperwork. Full time is in charge of all paperwork yet part time staff gets paid the same and all they do is tend to the clients needs while fulltimers do that AND paperwork. Crazy! They treat their staff like children. Ridiculous cell phone and watch policy. NO RAISES. EVER! Zero room for advancement. Pto and sick leave are one in the same.

      Flexible, holidays and weekends off, shift ends at 3:30 at the latest, not a strict workplace, enjoyable environment

      Cons

      No 401k/retirement for that reason, not something to do forever

      Great clients, good hrs, no nights or weekends.

      Cons

      Management plays favorites. Poor training and not enough time to complete paperwork. High overturn of employees due to poor management
