Site manager kept the key for the toilet so you have to ask to go to the loo like a 5 year old. Site manager didn't share coffee with own staff, you were made to feel like you can't ask to have a drink and i had to bring my own coffee yet i am sure redrow probably provided that for staff and HQ won't know what's going on at site level. It's hard physical work that we do, nice to have been shown some understanding sometimes and appreciated
