Pros
Good work environment, great safety values, lots of training opportunities, and very diverse in-company work opportunities for career enrichment.
Cons
Gold price is the make or break (not really much the company can do to control this...). Otherwise, you get the issues that come with a large corporation such as bureaucratic systems and complicated avenues to get work down that would be simpler at a smaller company.
