Every driver on different rates of pay and favouritism between planner and drivers. This has been highlighted so many time's and the won't replace Transport manager to fix the problem. Also 3am starts (for some)

you have one run a day (most of the time)so you can be finished early enough.company pays for cpc

out of all the drivers ,especially artic drivers are all on different pay. some are at approx 800 weekly while others are at approx 590 weekly. length of service does not apply so there is drivers there shorter than others and getting more pay. fact.
