Get to be a part of the early stages in creating a new product category, a lot of responsibility, supportive & collaborative colleagues.

Work & decisions can sometimes move so fast all stakeholders aren’t enrolled, but it’s the nature of fast-growing company, and collaboration is getting better.

Lack of serious competition puts the product in a great position for growth. Team members are wonderful.

Core, basic business information is intentionally kept siloed so no coworker has a full picture of the business performance. Limited alignment on goals and lots of doing what the boss said “just because” without regard for effectiveness. Chaotic since day to day shifts are based on the leader’s mood and/or experience on social media. Make sure to ask how many people have left, their tenure, and why they’re no longer with the organization.
