      Harsh management, them us attitude, favoritism with progression minimal or non existent.

      Pros

      The hours are good, and good aircraft. There is progression if you do well, but not if you just clock hours. Easy work life balance.

      Instructors have to teach theory.

      Pros

      For me, there were some real pros: The instructors are lovely, students are great, and I had a lot of fun being of service to those who had the same dreams as me.

      Cons

      I wish I could have stayed longer. Bummer having a UK passport :(
