Beware.
The FL office has very poor leadership from the top, your direct supervisor. Unfortunately, momentum and opportunities is killed by lack of support/negativity on all deals you bust your butt and bring independently to the table. And conference calls are killed on arrival with lack of interest/support from the top unless your first name starts with a certain letter.
Speaking of favoritism, its very obvious from the top who is a unicorn/favorite. And his response to everything else is "I don't care" or "I don't have time." Not leadership qualities here, unfortunately. He shows no desire at all to help anyone else. But he will be super critical of your hard work at anytime. Beware.
This office with the current leadership is a sociology experiment gone terribly wrong.
