Leadership lies, gaslights, deflects, blame-shifts.
Benefits were misleading.
Drastic responsibility & OKR shifts every month.
Micromanaging, undermining, insulting

Thank you for your feedback. Although I disagree with many of your assertions, I do agree that OKR’s and responsibilities shift from time to time. As a fast-paced, emerging startup, we are agile and sometimes change focus temporarily, always with our customer’s needs at the forefront of our decision making and our company vision in sight. We clearly set this expectation with our team. In fact, “Embrace Change” is even one of our core values.
If you’d like to connect and discuss further, we’re happy to talk.

Cons
👉🏼 We are a startup so you have a lot more to do that is non-traditional for your role
👉🏼 Missing US medical benefits since but they reimburse me for Cobra
👉🏼 I do not get to work in person with cool Israeli coworkers since we are fully remote in US
-Fast growing space with a lot of opportunities to work with amazing SaaS companies in need of improving their customer marketing & advocacy programs
-Flexible work schedule & balance
-Great prospects/customers to work with who are passionate about people and their work
Cons
-Typical growing pains of start-up as the rocket ship is being built
-Definitely a tough, but fun sale as the technology can touch several departments so more a challenge than a con
