      overtime during busy projects but generally manageable and could take compensatory time off after project finished

      - don't know about others, but I was paid well. - some nice projects and new opportunities.

      Cons

      - toxic environment and office politics - screwed up pipeline - hard to push anything forward unless you are an upper management
