I have been working with Baseil Associates for the past 6 years. I began working for the firm as a temp on IT assignments and landed my first job as a litigation paralegal on my own. However, when the time came to make a change, I received counseling and coaching from the amazing team at Baseil Associates to help me determine which practice area would best suit my skills and interests. Based on my background and interest in IT and my paralegal certificate, Baseil Associates helped me land a fantastic opportunity as an intellectual property paralegal. I am very happy at the firm I am in and know I am on a very successful path with room for growth and opportunity.
