Worst Start-up company with very non supportive leadership team - Not to BE Disclosed BasicFirst Employee Review

Offices doesn't even have basic amenities like washrooms, drinking water, etc. Very non supportive staff, be it HR, or senior leadership team. mostly staff is uncultured, don't even know how to professionally handle things. Promises you a salary increment and never gives it, mostly people they hire are told that they will get salary hike after a month of work as they pay less when they hire, but then nothing happens. Main reason of not working here is unprofessional staff, no flexibility in working, no work from home and no basic hygine in offices.
