Pros
They try to stay ahead of/current with design trends, and generally have good design taste/sense.
Cons
Pays salary but zero overtime, poaches employees (pulls them away) from other companies, makes you work Christmas eve, gossips about issues with other employees rather than taking concerns to that specific employee to address them, extremely short turnaround demands thus generating stress and keeping employees late nights (with no pay compensation), relies on Pinterest for all product ideas versus creative team brainstorming, withdraws payment for health insurance from your paycheck without enrolling you in the insurance plan, refuses to reply to requests for pay stubs, etc etc etc.
