Too much work for less money - Inventory Specialist Bass Computers Employee Review

Good people to work with and for. A steady, constant environment so low stress. Family business to a large degree.

No opportunity for much advancement as this is a small company.

Pros are you get 1 hour lunch, and you have A/C in hot days. I've barely worked there for about 2 months. If you work in tech or QC area your allot better off, than in ware house or Deman area. Notice bosses walking around spying on workers to see if their working or not. If you hang in a while long you get to participate in some Raffle give away, and in some Public display parties out in parking. They also have Beer drinking in back parking lot after work. Never participated, Not a drinker. Obviously they don't do drug tests, was hired 1 day after interview. You can listen to Radio music on floor. Very Lenient on missing days or asking for days off.

Lots of Cons, Little company not very large, like other Electronics companies I've worked for. They think their the the top of the line, Their not and plus no Antistatic safety, tons of Scrap from all there dead on arrival computers, everything is outdated. Literally! Tons and tons of dead Computer Memory sticks, from not being antistatic safe.
