Just not progressive (ignore what they say in interviews) - Administrative Staff Professional Bat Conservation International Employee Review

this is not the worst place to work but it is for sure below mediocre. Top execs talk a big game but do not (I repeat, do not) mingle or know their staff. Top execs get paid waaaaaay more than other employees. No one gets raises or bonuses unless they are a white male. DEI outwardly seems to be a focus but this is superficial effort. Seriously, really ask about changes that have been made. Look at the staff profiles. All top leaders are white. And it will stay that way. During the great resignation, if you are looking, I advise to move on to another organization. Don't waste your time here.
