      Pros

      Excellent coworkers, potential to be a great institution.

      Cons

      Real problems in administration that appear to be ignored by the college management system. Poor leadership from Vice-Chancellor to Chancellor level. High turnover rate and low morale. Lack of funding is also a real issue. The college can not excel without resources.

      Knowing that you are helping students, relatively calm vibes, great attitudes among most coworkers, leadership really want what’s best for the students, staff and the community.

      Cons

      Processes aren’t as cleanly defined.
