not really a glamorous job

I was Excited upon hire and met one of the market managers such a great guy! Met a lot of interesting people and developed some skills in sales

I wasn’t aware that it was two offices in one and I work for another manager. I started training and than before I went into the field I started trading with a leader that wasn’t leading like he should have. Instead of continuing with how I learned I got confused and didn’t know what to do. There was only one leader in the office so I didn’t have anyone else. He was a pretty cool guy outside of talking negative about about people in the opposite office rather than focusing on us. I came to the company with the high hopes of having a career in marketing and strengthening skills which was the focus of the other office but wasn’t ours.) however; it didn’t turn out that way.
