Wonderful people to work with at the restaurant scale. Some customers are good people.

The company refuses to pay workers raises even if they have been at the company for multiple years. No benefits, and the company throws a fit if an employee *could* be considered full-time. There used to be problems with management pitting FOH employees against each other and that might still be the case. Rigging of sections in FOH so some servers consistently make more money.
