      Pros

      Engaged and supportive senior management team Open to suggestions and ideas (just be careful who you share them with or they suddenly become someone else’s ideas) Drive to expand Attempts to engage with employees through different schemes. (Drop in coffee mornings etc)

      Cons

      Lower management incapable of proper people management. No work life balance Poor levels of training High turnover of staff Low pay for amount of work expected

      Pros

      I was skeptical at first because from the beginning I felt valued as an employee. I finally had great pay, awesome work life balance, a solid team, and a manager that can relate and looks to build employees for their next position. I’ve been with the company for a while now and nothing has changed. Still the best company I have ever worked for.

      Now that I can think of, and I have thought about it a lot.

      Pros

      Great supporting staff of technicians, performance engineering, ROCC (this may surprise some former coworkers that I thought very highly of them lol), OT, and NERC Compliance.

      Cons

      Significant disconnect between C-Suite and Upper Management level employees and field staff, lack of transparency, did not follow through on performance review for 5% salary increase after 90 days, motto “We don’t want to be the biggest, we want to be the best” does not match action.
