      Nice people, flat management structure, safe image

      Cons

      Inexperienced in emerging markets, big ambitions to grow in PB but too retail focused. Expectation are unrealistic. Decision making hampered by small and inexperienced compliance team. Not a suitable platform for large sophisticated clients.
