      Be at One is a fun environment and the team are like a family.

      Cons

      Tiny staff room, no support at work and dismissive senior members of staff. You will also feel unsafe at work because fights break out so often but security are good at tackling this quickly. However, you will see blood and many brawls. If you enjoy long, noisy hours then apply.

      Good atmosphere, good work culture, encourages individuality

      Cons

      In order to keep up and be relevant more tasks fall on to individual sites, which senior managment usually passes it on to junior managment and become overworked
