Clear path at the beginning. Promising carrier plan. A lot of friendly people.
Cons
No one cares about your training. You’ll be stuck at the same position for years. Inside politics makes it impossible to grow within the company unless you are someone’s best friend or you kiss someone’s a** No diversity - only white people on leading positions; most of the staff in the company is white. Managers openly doing drugs and encouraging their staff to do so too.
