      The people you work with - you learn a lot and they were extremely encouraging.

      Cons

      A very bad management When I left, my last salary wasn’t even processed They put on a facade that everything is great and they care about you, but it’s all a show.

      Continuous investment in learning and development, which was something I really wanted to dive into in an organization. They invest in the team, which is really clear to see

      I've been working with be unique for over 3 years now and see that I can continue to work many more years here, thank you for the opportunity.
