      Great benefits Continuous company growth

      Cons

      Although constantly understaffed, BeiGene treats most employees as disposable. Upper management is constantly changing and every time it does everything else changes as well. The CEO is very focused on financial growth at the cost of the employees.

      Descent pay, good benefits, and they give stock

      Cons

      You will be over worked, they do not develop and do not promote, micromanagement, toxic work environment, a lot of finger pointing by senior management in front of peers.
