Pros

Nothing nice to say at all

Cons

This company is a miserable place to be and so its understandable that they can't keep staff on. Management treats everyone like garbage. The boss only actually says hello to maybe 3 people in the office total - he will pass you in the kitchen or in the hall with no acknowledgement. Managers micro-manage like I've never seen before. Quotas were set in place for qualitative tasks showing that they have no actual idea of what your job is or how to do it. Managers talk to you like you're garbage - literally not a single positive comment on any of the work that I did in the year that I was there. In my interviews, they talked quite a bit about flexible working and then never actually followed through in letting me do this. In fact, there are spies in the office letting management know every time you step out the door. Someone is always reporting to the managers in Oz and the UK your every move. They tried not to pay me what was owed after I resigned - did not give me vacation days and then withheld my final pay well beyond when the contract stated they would pay. When I reached out to ask about where it was, they couldn't even be bothered to respond - though knowing full well that they owed commission and several weeks worth of salary. Avoid this place .

Pros

-> A great place for people who have no ambition or desire to move up in life. -> Life balance. Work can be finished in an hour. So one can have long lunches or coffee breaks at any time -> Travel to interesting places -> Will sponsor work visas It had great staff, but with continuous cuts to budget and unwillingness to explore fresh ideas, one by one these great people left.

Cons

-> A culture that doesn't inspire teamwork -> No career progression -> A never ending change of managers who don't manage even themselves -> Sad GMs who neither inspire nor develop those what work in the company Survival would be the word to describe its culture - with a continous need to fight fires and keep afloat by just 'making it', it defined what the job was. No time to innovate or do new things, just keep doing the same old things hoping something will change.
