      You'll thrive here if you like small and flexible work environments and are self-motivated. Everyone including leadership exemplifies kindness and intellect. You can learn a lot in a short amount of time and the people here make the company.

      Unlimited PTO causes people to second guess how much PTO they can take and and some don't take it at all
