Horribly frustrating management practices. Executive director micromanages to the point it's impossible to get work done, and is very disorganized. She's also incredibly critical and not in a productive way. My experience started out great, but due to them not meeting their financial goals, my hours were cut and expectations were increased - they actually added a role to my plate and cut my hours in half. When I wasn't able to deliver on requested additional work for such few hours per week, I was criticized and spoken to in an extremely unprofessional way. If you work here, the mission is great, but the management is incredibly poor. The processes are also non-existent and the few they have, people don't stick to them so everything is disorganized and a huge mess.
