Management, indecisiveness, low moral, over worked and under paid, "cross training" is said to be better over all when they just want to get more bang for there buck, sometimes one person will have to do three people's jobs with the same pay, when someone quits they don't replace them they just spread the responsibilities to everyone else, micro Management is getting out of hand, unnecessary extra work or steps being added to a process which is anti lean, last minute decisions or scrapped work which took months to plan, they don't realize how much this negatively effects the rest of the company, so many new product every month we can't keep up deadlines that are set so new product starts back ordering, it's just one big sinking ship
