      - No opportunity for training or development in career path. - Underpaid and not willing to discuss pay fairly even if you’re offering a case on why you deserve more money for all the extra work and industry standards. - Employees are treated based on how management feel about each individual person and not on their merit.

      Parking available outside the office.

      Cons

      Never have I ever worked in such a discriminating, racist and abusive environment. Managers/Heads are liars and bullies and the team I was in was one clique of 19-25 insta-like, mean girls who wouldn’t even say good morning back to you. All they did all day was gossiping about former employees calling them “weird”, “crazy”, etc. You can’t get more toxic than that, honestly! Do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time with this joke of a workplace

      Easy to get along with most of the team

      Cons

      Hostile SLT members, lack of communication, no real opportunities for development. SLT lacks leadership, setting objectives, motivating employees.
