Never have I ever worked in such a discriminating, racist and abusive environment. Managers/Heads are liars and bullies and the team I was in was one clique of 19-25 insta-like, mean girls who wouldn’t even say good morning back to you. All they did all day was gossiping about former employees calling them “weird”, “crazy”, etc. You can’t get more toxic than that, honestly! Do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time with this joke of a workplace

Easy to get along with most of the team

Hostile SLT members, lack of communication, no real opportunities for development. SLT lacks leadership, setting objectives, motivating employees.
