Pros
Medical benefits are top of the line. The rates for employees has never gone up. We pay $100 month to cover 8 people in our family! Able to telecommute. Amazing co-workers!
Cons
President is never here to help run the company. When he is here people are standing outside his door just to get a 5 minute conversation. President and other upper management are very deceitful. They'll tell you what you want to hear and then pull the rug out from under you.
