Pros
A company that truly values its employees. Beckhoff place great importance on how you will perform as part of the team. Beyond the necessities of skills, employment history and qualifications, emphasis is placed on you as a person and how your personality will compliment the staff you will be with during your employment. My hard work was valued. When a member of the sales team met me for first time, I would never have expected them to know who I was; having recently joined the company. Being told that my performance had made their work easier and that I had been the most successful and best performing person the company had ever had in the role was so much more than myself, or Beckhoff, had thought possible. They also had the best coffee I have ever tasted at work!
Cons
I couldn't find any. Only that, due to the company closing its UK stores as part of the changes made several months onto the Covid19 pandemic meant that I was made redundant and so my time with Beckhoff was not as long as I hoped it would be.
