1.> Extremely money minded management . 2.> Lack of proper hr in the company. 3.> Lack of good projects. 4.> People forced to give good reviews in glassdoor while they were leaving in lieu of certain benefits. Don't believe the ones with good reviews, they are mostly fake . 5.> Management takes personal grudge for professional things.
