Pros
Decent team. Good pay. Not much else.
Cons
Bosses micromanage everything even though they have little to no knowledge of any of the company's verticals. Barely any scope for personal growth. The management is heavily biased towards a couple of people in the team, the rest are replaceable. The entire workflow is governed by the whims and fancies of the bosses, but the employees are always at fault if the company suffers because of their mistake. No job security. Attrition rate is high. The bosses can stoop as low as removing your byline from the articles you wrote to add their own name instead. Even if it's clear as day that they barely know any English, let alone enough to write a half decent article. You're required to bring your own system to work, but the company won't reimburse you if something happens to your system at work. They make it quite clear that it's your problem, not theirs. Join only if you know how to deal with people who have a clear case of superiority complex. Also, do not trust the HR. She's not an actually an HR, just a puppet who's responsibilities include hiring/firing and tattling on employees, who share their grievances, for brownie points.
