Worst company ever! - Anonymous employee Beehive Systems Employee Review

Worst work culture I've seen. Management is very arrogant and not at all professional. Unbelievable delays in increment and other dues. Product is also not growing. They can only copy and not invent. Even mid managers are very bossy and always criticize. They have one philosophy " get cheap resources and increase pressure on old employees". They are always looking for new ways of not paying dues to employees and keeping their money. If they could, they would even keep their salaries. They want everything done at the 11th hour which results in no show of the product. No planning or plan.
