      Pros

      Great staff, very professional and friendly. Great working environment. Outstanding technical team. Career plan, although newly setup, is attractive for technology and consulting professionals. Experience and seniority of management is superb.

      Cons

      Career plan needs improvement. Working at Beesion is very demanding and expected performance is quite high.

      Thanks! coincidentally HR is currently working in developing middle management, providing leadership courses and setting better metrics and objectives.
