The trainings were comprehensive and often. The leads above me were always competent and serious about their work and training me throughout my time. The kids themselves were so sweet and their needs were effectively catered to by the ABA specialists. The company was constantly promoting within and paying for testing to help employees get registered. The overall vibe of the office was fun and helpful to everyone.

There will always be more hours/clients in the summer as is the nature of childcare. It can be difficult to match with the right family that has a good handle on their schedule and consistently shows up.

The kiddos and learning a lot about ABA and autism in general. Learning life skills while also teaching them.
