Pros
It is a great team to be apart of. There is always collaboration with in and between services. Every one works together and is always willing to lend a hand. Management is very transparent and has an open door if you have a concern. They also work with you to make sure you are not overwhelmed and clients have their needs met.
Cons
The nature of working in the field is it is not a 9 to 5 job. Sometimes their are gaps in your schedule, and often to get in hours you will be working after 5. You are working with your clients schedules that means you are working with kids after they get out of school. The company does their best to get you the schedule you want but it just is not always possible.
