      lots of great co workers and working 1 on 1 with a bunch of great kids

      Cons

      you don't get to see your co workers very often and you usually have to work a few nights a week to be full time

      I can’t mention any pros

      Cons

      They expect you to know how to handle difficult situations with clients when the only training they provide is watching a 40 hour rbt course. Gave me very few hours.
