Too many layoffs creating low morale and toxic workplace - Product Manager Bell Employee Review

- Too many incapable people that are still here after so many layoffs but many smart ones get laid off or quit. Makes you question if leadership really knows what’s going on under them - Morale is very low and toxic work environment after tons of layoffs - Lower than average pay compared to similar job titles in other companies - Lack of vision from leadership, too much talk of AI and no real action towards it - No accountability when things go wrong, lots of finger pointing due to fear of getting laid off - Work life balance sucks, working unpaid OT and weekends are not uncommon
