Pros

The health insurance and some other benefits

Cons

- the name of the game is labour extraction. I worked for a team of 11 that was reduced to 2-3, and we still had the same portfolio. As a non-management employee I had to take on the complete portfolio’s of 2 senior employees on top of my own base responsibilities, without any compensation. Made it worse when another coworker who had also taken over quite a large amount of work went on maternity leave and I had to do their work as well. Told management I was doing 3+ peoples jobs, they said it was “2 max”, told them I had to work until 3 in the morning many days and they said that was impossible. HR did nothing, wouldn’t promote or compensate beside a 3k salary increase that came with strings attached. All I got was eyes on me at all times. Literally was executing all of Bell’s mobility, accessory, and BRS campaigns across all 2200+ corporate, retail and dealer locations, footprints, and store concepts — aka the entirety of their brick and mortar marketing budget. All they’d do is change your “prime ship”. Explain to me how this sounds like a non-management operations support role and not a marketing or merchandising specialist? 50k a year, for what? - because Bell has so many channels, each brand is trying to cannibalize the corresponding team/portfolio of the other - moving up is near impossible
