      Pros

      Great team members, great benefits, commission is worth it. Good training and overall good work atmosphere. Flexible time off, though there are some blackout dates for vacation.

      Cons

      Management leaves much to be desired, micromanagement is annoying. Can be stressful at times, but so are must jobs aren't they?
