Pros

Was at one time awesome. A company started up by a handful of true visionaries, who were committed to hard work and compassion for the hearing impaired, and how they should be treated. Once run by visionaries who valued trust, loyalty and commitment to each other. Positive company culture was ALWAYS in the forefront. Every voice was once heard and respected, success abounded.

Cons

The CEO and President have forgotten those values and the people who have supported them, believed in them, and worked tirelessly from day one, only to be cast aside and terminated. Ethics, loyalty and respect for the CEO and President is now non-existent as they both have systematically allowed relatively new management, (who risked nothing for this start-up, success story) to whisper falsities into their ears, validating termination of the most valuable loyal staff ((from executive level to hearing care providers) that did risk it all, and worked tirelessly, ethically and loyally to build this business. This company once was the crown jewel of hearing health care acquisition and management companies. Anyone who plans to work here or are looking to acquire this companies assets beware, it's now all smoke and mirrors, greed and toxicity. Can't wait to get out. It's now just a job, and a company will eventually tank, when/if the owners cash out because they have now surrounded themselves with employees, not followers/believers.

Having been with our organization for as long as you claim you have, you must know that we do not take employee concerns lightly, deal with those head on, and have always maintained an open-door policy as it pertains to open and honest dialogue. Furthermore, both Jonathan and I willfully list our individual cell phone numbers in all company directories, just in the event we are out of the office and one would prefer to contact us in that fashion. Carrying the feeling you have expressed herein must be very difficult for you and will inevitably lead to your departure from the organization - if not promptly addressed. Pros

Our company is the largest independently owned retail hearing aid practice in the country. A place that I am proud to say I work at! We have grown humbly and successfully despite the various challenges that exist in our industry, while retaining and promoting top talent and providing a unique opportunity to every employee to learn new and exciting areas within their job. I can truly say that other companies pigeonhole employees, at times, into certain tasks and responsibilities compared to Belsono where we have the opportunity to develop and learn new skills and have our interests become reality. The owners are faced with challenges each day and rely on all employees to help make the difference. It is felt by all who come in contact with them. The future looks bright despite the challenges we are faced with, change is never easy, but brings hope, learning and opportunity.

Cons

The retail hearing aid environment is undergoing constant technology and distribution challenges and changes making the work environment busy and challenging at times. All companies deal with similar issues but having leaders who know and care about each person helps others understand decisions and the need to make hard decisions at times.
