Pros
- PTO is truly very unlimited - (Most) people are pretty great to work with - Fully remote
Cons
- Leadership has no idea what they're doing. There's constantly changing priorities to the point where you can tell there's no clear direction - Concerns are not listened to at multiple different levels. Nothing ever changes from instance to instance, and we're constantly being asked "why didn't we meet the target date" after we brought up concerns months and months in advance. - Leadership/sales are constantly promising dates to customers that absolutely cannot be met, and they are not the ones that have to deal with it. - Incredibly hypocritical things being said by leadership while laying off extremely knowledgeable people from the company - Some of the employees who have been here a long time can be extremely condescending
