Management lacks direction, decisiveness and know-how. Sure, they close deals... but do they, really? All press comes from in-house and if you question the details or data, you're instantly shut down. Their focus is on getting clients to pay astronomical fees, then maybe or maybe not fulfilling the merits of the deal. My time as a call-center sales rep was the low-light of my career. They expected employees to work multiple jobs other than what they were hired for, and would then, hold the additional time against you. If you happened to say no, your loyalty to the team and company was questioned. My advice for anyone on the fence about joining this company is "DON'T DO IT" save your time and efforts.
