Pros
There is a lot to learn, especially if you are a fresher. The company generally hires through campus recruitment drives and I see a couple of my seniors are doing well with other organizations they joined after their stint with Benchmark. The management is easily approachable and is willing to help even in personal matters and financial needs. Salary is always credited by the 3rd of the month and increments are generally higher than the industry. During my employment here, I have seen the company switch to alternate Saturday offs from 6 days work week, providing meals, and also opting for benefits such as Provident Fund, Haryana Labour Welfare Fund, ESI, etc. There's no over-time allowed and you can leave as soon as your work hours are over.
