Benchmark has been in business almost 30 years and they gave me many opportunities and I was able to learn so much while I've been here. My supervisor was amazing and the owners are great people with a lot of knowledge about this industry.

The only downside is some of there senior staff are territorial.

Understaffed, most employees quit, get fired, or relapse. Pay is low compared to the expectations of staff. Management has changed multiple times in very disorganized and shocking ways, negatively impacting staff and clients. No training for staff. The quality of the daily programming is really poor.
