Everyone is very helpful and collaborative. The team is very smart and management is very supportive. The owners are very empathetic and very obviously care about their employees; both professionally and personally.
Cons
it is a small company so the growth opportunities are limited but they are there for those interested. and there is a lot of internal growth and development.
