Pros

Some hardworking team members who genuinely try to support each other. Opportunities to learn through trial and error (though often without guidance). Occasionally they buy employees food.

Cons

There are noticeable double standards in how policies are enforced. Expectations and accountability differ depending on who you are or who you’re aligned with. Favoritism appears to influence decision-making. There are serious concerns about toxic workplace dynamics, including instances of discriminatory behavior and racially insensitive treatment that are not addressed appropriately. This creates an environment where some employees do not feel respected or valued. HR can come across as dismissive or defensive. Employees who bring forward concerns often feel minimized rather than heard.
